Returns

We are committed to ensuring a seamless and transparent return experience for eligible items.

Most rugs are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Any Final Sale designation will be clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.

To initiate a return, please submit your request through our Return Portal.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with detailed instructions to ensure proper processing.

For proper processing, the issued RA# should be included with the return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • RA# should be clearly indicated on the return package

Final Sale:

American Cover Design and Persian Weavers collections are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return.


Return Options

We offer flexible return options:

Use Our Discounted Return Label

Take advantage of our negotiated carrier rates. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Ship with Your Preferred Carrier

Arrange your own return shipment for a full refund (no restocking fees).

Complimentary Return for Store Credit

Rugs sized 5’ x 8’ and smaller qualify for free return shipping when selecting store credit.

Store credit does not expire.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Store credit applies only when complimentary return shipping is selected


Order Cancellations

Due to prompt order processing, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If an order has already shipped and is refused or rerouted, applicable return shipping fees will apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide detailed photos of the item and packaging

  • For freight deliveries, note visible damage with the carrier at time of receipt

Once verified, we will promptly repair, replace, or resolve the matter.


Additional Notes

  • Color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting

  • Dimension variations within 5% are considered standard

  • Physical swatches may be available upon request for select collections
