If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Verify the shipping address in your order
- Carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check:
- Porch
- Garage
- Any area out of potential weather hazards
- Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Ask your neighbor if they have seen your package.
- In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
- If it appears that your package has been stolen, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). However, the carrier does not guarantee reimbursement.
