Once your tracking information is available, typically within 24–72 hours after placing your order, you can track your shipment using your order number. Order numbers begin with “RT” and can be found in your order confirmation email.
Please note: Due to high carrier demand, tracking activity may take 5–8 business days to appear after your order has been picked up by the carrier.
