All returns should be shipped back in their original packaging. If that is not available, please use equivalent .8 mil packaging to ensure no damage during shipping.
A few tips on materials you can use to wrap your rug return:
-The original wrapper it came in (if you never took your rug out of the packaging, do not repackage!)
- A clear shower liner
- Plastic paint drop cloths
- Other heavy-duty plastic
Please remember to cover or remove all old shipping labels using the original wrapping.
